Recruitment Process

The process consists of the activities including; identification and approval of open positions and human resource requirements, evaluation of applications, identification of candidates, interview method, announcement of results, promotion and appointment.

Applications available in candidate data bank are evaluated by human resources department for compliance with the requirements of the position. Selected candidates after profile and resume evaluation are invited to the first interview. The first interview is a general meeting where educational background, experience and personal features of the candidate are scrutinized, general information of that person is obtained and basic requirements are assessed. The candidates evaluated positively after the first interview are invited for a second interview. A second interview is made with the candidate together with related department manager in order to evaluate the candidate’s technical and theoretical knowledge and experience in detail in accordance with knowledge, experience and skills required by the related position. In accordance with knowledge, experience and skills required by the related position, the applicants technical and theoretical knowledge and experience is considered in detail. At the end of the interviews, notification is made to candidates who are not considered to be appropriate for the position. Resumes of candidates are kept in candidate data bank to be considered for other possible positions. Human resources unit submits a job offer for the position to the candidate who is considered appropriate for employment.
