Quality
Our quality policy, as Coretech senior management and employees, is to provide high quality, reliable services, punctually and fully meeting information technology requirements and expectations of our customers.
It is necessary to have developed an understanding of quality within the organization and to continue activities that would increase quality to be able to realize total quality management in companies.
Coretech believes that, in order to be able to produce high quality products and services at international levels, quality standards need to be properly identified in a company; and in this respect, it has completed its structuring in 2005 after reviewing and improving all its processes and obtained ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certification.
Since quality management system constantly improves, the quality certificate awarded by Turkish Standards Institute has been renewed in 2008 allowing Coretech to carry out continuous improvement studies improving product and service quality in order to provide a better service to its customers and it has been awarded ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certificate.
